Worship Ministry Catalyst is a networking resource for worship leaders and worship team members, helping facilitate worship in the local church. We have big dreams for Worship Ministry Catalyst (WMC). We dream that this will be a place where worship leaders can come and find help in many different areas.
Our primary purpose is to build a network of worship leaders. We want to be a catalyst for improving one another’s worship ministries. We know there are things that you do better than us and we want to learn from you. We hope there are things we can share with you that will help you do what you do better. Our goal is to help one another create better worship experiences at churches all around the world. We want to improve our worship services and we want to do whatever we can to help you improve yours.
We’re worship leaders in our local churches, and we understand the constant pressure to lead our congregations in creative worship. Because of this, a part of this site will be dedicated to helping our fellow worship leaders come up with creative content for their churches. Have you ever found yourself in a similar situation: you meet with your pastor about the coming weekend, and you leave knowing what the service is about, but you have no idea what to do creatively, and the burden rests solely on you? So, we thought it would be good to have a place where we could help one another out. We’ll be divulging more soon about how this process will work, but we want you to know the ideas are out there, and we can help each other out.
We certainly don’t think we have everything figured out. If you talk to us, you’ll find out that we have a lot to learn, but we want to share with you what we know and what we’re learning. One of the main ways we’ll be doing this is through a podcast.
We’re excited to be able to do something like this, and to get to know more worship leaders who are out there fighting the same battle we’re fighting and to find ways to support one another, and to be a catalyst for worship ministry in the local church!
