I feel like it’s been years since I last did a weekend review. Ah the joys of the Christmas season.

This weekend is one of the first times I feel like we didn’t drop the ball the weekend after Christmas. It seems like every year after Christmas and Easter, we’re always scrambling to get a band together and to get the music worked out, etc., but I didn’t feel like that was the case this year. We had a full band, with not missing components, we had solid vocals and we were able to get the arrangements worked out. Last night had a few wrinkles, but today was pretty good.

Here was our set:

• Angels from the realms of Glory (SCC Arr.)
• It Came Upon a Midnight Clear (SCC Arr.)
• Prayer for our worship in the new year
• Light of the World (Nockels)
• Glory In The Highest (Tomlin)
• Sermon on Contentment
• Living for Jesus (Hymn with new music)
