Weekend Review – 12-1314-08

This weekend was kind of like the weekend a lot of football teams have. You know the one I’m talking about, it was the one you look over because you’re more concerned about the big game next week.
Here was our set:

- Welcome/Christmas weekend announcement
- It came Upon a midnight Clear (SCC Arr.)
- Glory in the Highest (Tomlin)
- O Holy Night – Special
- Sermon
- O come all ye faithful (Igniter video)
- O come all ye faithful – sung
Saturday night we had a lot of problems. Most of them were technical. We fixed them for Sunday (With a new sound guy) and everything went much better. We also changed a couple of flow things that really improved what happened this morning.
It’s finally here. Christmas is coming. This is the last week to get ready – go do it!!!

I love the SCC arrangement of Midnight Clear! Did you use a children’s choir for the chorus? That would be cool to do in a church setting.
